Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all labels attached.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
ZIKGER is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are made via the original payment method.

FAULTY ITEMS / CLAIMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zikgerglobal@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
