ZIKGER is not responsible for any lost packages during transit. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to ZIKGER within 14 days of your purchase date, unless otherwise specified in a specific offer. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. All items purchased on sale or as pre-order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns require pre-authorization. Please email email@example.com with your order information and you will be supplied with a Return Authorization number to list on your return. Returns may take up to 7 business days to process from date of receipt at the warehouse.
